  Sree Krishna Tile Works (SKTW), Chengamanad, a 47 years old tile manufacturing unit is in the process of crystallising it's development strategies. As a part of it, SKTW approached M/s. Industries Research & Services (IRS), an Engineering & Management Consultancy Organisation based at Cochin to analyse it's present operations and to develop strategies for expansion/diversification. This report is prepared by IRS based on their direct data collection, analysis of the documents made available to them and the discussions with the Managing Partner of SKTW Sh: Ramacliandran Pillai and other employees of the organisation.
